Violeta Bulc had an introduction speech on Local self-sufficient systems and moderated the final conclusions of the majors' meeting of the Regional Development Partnership "Heart of Slovenia" at GEOSS. Two more Municipalities joined: Domžale, Mengeš. The Partnership, lead by RCL from Litija, consists from now on of 10 Municipalities. Congratulations!
